The original problem

The product story and the offer were competing. Visitors had to work out the subscription benefit for themselves before they could decide to buy.

Before state

  • Product benefits and the purchase offer were separated
  • The subscription and discount terms were easy to miss
  • Proof and reassurance appeared after the buying decision, not before

Strategy

Put the offer next to the reason to believe it: state the benefit plainly, make the subscription saving explicit at the point of choice, and reduce the steps between interest and checkout.

Changes implemented

  • Restructured the page around the subscription and discount offer
  • Rewrote product copy to lead with outcome rather than ingredients
  • Redesigned the buying section so the offer is visible at the decision point
  • Built responsively on the existing Shopify theme

After state

  • One clear buying path with the offer stated where it matters
  • Benefit-led copy that carries the paid-social promise through to the page
  • A mobile experience matched to where the traffic actually comes from

Measurement and outcome

Performance is tracked inside the client's own Shopify analytics. No controlled experiment was run alongside the redesign, so no conversion claim is published here.
